About
My journey started in Dubuque, Iowa where I went to Clarke University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I completed by Master of Arts in Counseling at Colorado Christian University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor. I have spent the majority of my career working in substance abuse outpatient services. My experience includes group and individual therapy. I specialize in trauma and have been trained in brainspotting. My approach also includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
I strive to create a safe space for you to share your journey. I am passionate about working with you to create change in your life that offers relief and happiness.
